The Vertize Story

Three years ago, we asked a simple question: why does world-class guest service only exist in the world's most expensive hotels?

The answer wasn't staff training or bigger budgets. It was technology — or rather, the lack of it. The hospitality industry was stuck with tools built for the last decade, while guests expected service levels from the next one.

We founded Vertize in Belgium with a clear mission: build AI that makes every hotel feel like a 5-star property. Not generic chatbots. Not one-size-fits-all automation. Custom AI concierge systems that understand each property's unique character, services, and guest expectations.

Today, Lynn — our AI concierge — operates across 3 continents, serving guests in 50+ languages at properties ranging from boutique hotels to international resort chains. Every deployment is unique because every hotel is unique.
